More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also contained in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing different areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.

Further documentation released as part of the continuing congressional release.
